Yesterday the Salford Red Devils spent the afternoon promoting the club and interacting with fans at ‘Salford’s Big Day Out’.
The Salford Red Devils Foundation were at Salford Town Hall from 11am-4pm and gave the people of Salford an idea of the work they are doing in the local community, in schools in and around Salford and further, and promoted schemes such as the Offload Mental Health programme, the Salford Red Devils Education Academy and more.
The Red Devils Foundation also set up an inflatable ‘Sporting Challenge’, provided by partners Koolkarts and Kastles, for people to participate in.
Salford Red Devils mascot Dr Devil was also in attendance, as always, and had pictures with fans and took part in activities with the people of Salford.
The club were also active at last weekend’s ‘Eccles Festival’ and are planned to be at a number of events in and around the local area in the coming weeks.

The Red Devils active at more local events
The Salford Red Devils are set to be at ‘Salford’s Big Day Out’ on Saturday 16th September as we head towards our final home game against St Helens.
‘Salford’s Big Day Out’ is set to run from 11am up until 4pm at the Salford Civic Centre on Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5AW. As well as the Red Devils’ presence there will be bouncy castles, a magical marquee and many more FREE events in a child-friendly atmosphere.

Salford Red Devils and the Red Devils Foundation activeness at local events continued this past weekend, also, as they promoted the club at the ‘Eccles Festival’ this past weekend.
Red Devils mascot Dr Devil appeared as well as the Red Devils Foundation hosting a number of physical and communal activities in order to promote our final home game of the season against St Helens.
The club also offered OVER 100 schools ‘Golden Tickets’ ahead of our final two home games of the season against Huddersfield, this past Saturday, and against St Helens on Thursday 21st September. The ‘Golden Ticket’ initiative sees children get to watch the Red Devils for FREE with their ‘Golden Ticket’ as well as their parents get a discounted offer on their tickets, also.
