PLATINUM DINING RETURNS TO THE SALFORD STADIUM

We are delighted to confirm the return of platinum dining hospitality, with bookings now available for our match against Castleford Tigers on Thursday 13 April, 8pm. 

Our platinum offering is perfect for supporters looking to elevate their gameday experience, for businesses looking to entertain clientèle or reward staff, and even to simply celebrate those special occasions.

Enjoy the first-class food supplied by our new partners, Heathcote & Co – the award winning catering company founded by Michelin star chef, Paul Heathcote and close friend, Gary Bates.

The dining experience offers a sumptuous two-course meal – main and dessert – in our Platinum suite which overlooks the The Salford Stadium prior to kick-off with complimentary teamsheets also provided for that necessary pre-game preparation.

Non-playing players will be in attendance prior to the game and will be interviewed as part of the pre-match entertainment. All platinum diners can then watch the Red Devils in Super League action from the finest seats found in the west stand.

Everything you need to know ahead of the Red Devils’ second home game of the 2019 Betfred Super League against Leeds Rhinos.
Key information
Salford Red Devils will host Leeds Rhinos in our second home game of the 2019 Betfred Super League season on Sunday 17th February. The game is set to kick-off at 3pm.
The West and South stands will be open for the home fans this weekend. Season Tickets are valid with Salford Red Devils supporters situated in both the West and South stands. The travelling Leeds Rhinos fans will be based in the East Stand.
Ticketing
You can purchase tickets for Sunday’s game against Leeds Rhinos at the Club Ticket Office prior to kick-off. You must purchase a ticket from the Ticket Office as oppose to paying at the turnstile. Remember, ticket prices will rise by Β£2 on a gameday, so we’d encourage supporters to purchase their tickets in advance of Sunday. You can purchase online, HERE.
2019 Season Tickets are valid for the fixture and if you are yet to collect your 2019 Season Ticket you can do so before Sunday’s game from the The Salford Stadium Ticket Office.
If you are a member of a community club who has received a FREE Junior Season Ticket this week and sent off your form, you will be able to collect your 2019 Season Ticket from the The Salford Stadium Ticket Office prior to Sunday’s game against Leeds Rhinos.
You can still purchase 2019 Season Tickets in advance of Sunday’s game by visiting the The Salford Stadium Ticket Office, over the phone on 0161 786 1570 or online HERE. The Direct Debit option isn’t available online. You can purchase 2019 Season Tickets following the game on a pro-rata basis with your ticket prices being knocked off the overall price.
Tickets for Salford Red Devils next fixture against Hull Kingston Rovers on Saturday 23rd February at KCOM Craven Park will be available to purchase following Sunday’s game against Leeds Rhinos from the The Salford Stadium Ticket Office. Stadium and Security
The Salford Stadium turnstiles will open for general admission at 1:30pm.
If you are an 1873 Season Ticket holder you can gain access via the Main Reception from 12:30pm. You must be wrist-banded on entry to gain access to the 1873 suite.
The smoking pens at either end of the West Stand will be open for fans to use. These will open before the game and close as the first half gets underway. The smoking pens will re-open ten minutes before half-time and close as the second gets underway.
Please remember that all bags will be checked on entry to the The Salford Stadium.
Transport and Parking
The Salford RLFC Supporters’ Trust buses are in action for Sunday’s fixture against Leeds Rhinos. Both the RD1 and RD2 have brand-new quicker routes for the 2019 season with both journeys now only taking approximately 45 minutes. The marquee will be open from 12:30pm and DJ Andy Steele will be entertaining both the Salford Red Devils and Leeds Rhinos fans pre and post-match while you soak up the atmosphere.

Funderpark


The Valentines Fair – Funderpark – is present at the The Salford Stadium and Salford Red Devils can confirm free entry for all match or Season Ticket holders on production of their ticket.
The Funderpark amusement park is the biggest travelling funfair in Europe and is available for FREE to all fans between the hours of 12:30pm and 2:45pm. Get inside and enjoy the rides before the roller coaster that is Super League!
Forecourt Activity
The Salford RLFC Supporters’ Trust will have a table in the forecourt where they will be taking new memberships as well as selling our re-run of programmes of Issue One of β€˜The Red Devil’. If you need to get an issue of last week’s programme, please visit the Salford RLFC Supporters’ Trust.
There will also be a ten-piece band playing in the forecourt area before the game and inside the ground in the lead-up to kick-off.
The WildThang Club Shop will be situated in the forecourt along with a Salford Red Devils Foundation Heritage stall.
Pre-Game Entertainment
Ahead of Sunday’s game, the β€˜Red Angels’ Dance Team will be performing on the field and will be accompanied by Super League’s number one mascot – Dr Devil.
Half-Time Activity
At half-time, Salford-born boxer Marc Leach and trainer Jamie Moore will take to the field to promote his upcoming English title fight in Oldham on Saturday 16th March.

Everything you need to know ahead of the Red Devils’ first home game of the 2019 Betfred Super League season.

Key Information

Salford Red Devils will host London Broncos in our first home game of the 2019 Betfred Super League season. The game is set to kick-off at 3pm.
Both the West and South Stands will be open for this weekend’s game. Season Ticket holders are situated in both stands, tickets are still available in both stands and the London Broncos supporters will be situated in W01 of the West Stand.

Ticketing

You can purchase tickets for Sunday’s game against London Broncos at the Club Ticket Office prior to kick-off. You must purchase a ticket from the Ticket Office as oppose to paying at the turnstile. Remember, ticket prices will rise on gameday so we’d encourage supporters to purchase their tickets in advance of Sunday. You can do so online, HERE.
This will be the first game in which 2019 Season Tickets are valid, and they are available for collection before the game. You can also purchase your 2019 Season Ticket up until 2:15pm with the Direct Debit payment option being available. Additional tickets have been made available in the 1873 suite for Sunday’s game against London Broncos. This weekend’s fixture sees the return of the Club’s official matchday programme – β€˜The Red Devil’ – which is packed with more exclusive content than ever before. There is also a token in each issue throughout the season and anyone collecting all 14 will claim a signed matchball at the end of the season!
Australian hooker Joey Lussick features in this week’s β€˜Big Interview’, we have the latest from Ian Watson, one fan is put β€˜in focus’, Gil Dudson features in a quick Q & A while there are now two dedicated Junior Devils pages.
Purchase β€˜The Red Devil’ for just Β£3 from one of our approachable and friendly programme sellers who will be wearing high-vis vests. Half-time draw and shirt raffle tickets are also available to purchase.

Half-time activity

The half-time draw will be conducted with the winners being confirmed over the PA system and on social media. There will also be a signed shirt raffle conducted at half-time. Purchase your tickets from our friendly sellers who will be located in and around the The Salford Stadium.
The Red Angels Dance Team will be performing before kick-off and at half-time. Be sure to give them a warm welcome.
Of course, Dr Devil will be out on the field to entertain the fans. Make sure to make some noise for Rugby League’s number one mascot.

The outside 3G field will play host to around 150 kids from local community club Cadishead Rhinos and we can’t wait to welcome them to this weekend’s massive Betfred Super League opener.

Our next home game against Castleford Tigers on Friday 13th July will see Asian-themed cuisine served in our beautiful Platinum Club prior to our massive clash with last year’s League Leaders’ Shield winners.
For starters guests will receive poppadums with spiced onions or a garlic naan bread which will be served with mango chutney and minted yoghurt.
The main course options are a Sri Lankan chicken curry, cardamom and chilli braised rice, potato galoog or a butternut squash chick pea and lentil curry.

Stadium
The visiting St Helens fans will be situated in the East Stand for tonight’s game with the North Stand Ticket Office being open for Saints fans to purchase on the night.
Salford Red Devils supporters will be in the West and South stands.
The The Salford Stadium smoking pens will also once again be in use opening ten mintues before half-time and closing as the second half kicks-off. The smoking pens are situated in the North-West corner, North-East corner and behind the East Stand.
All bags will be searched on entry to the The Salford Stadium. Fans are reminded that children are their responsibility and must remain with them at all times.
Car Park and TransportΒ 
The Salford RLFC Supporters’ Trust RD1 service will again be in use and fans can see all the details on how to book here. There will also be a one-way option for fans on the way back from the The Salford Stadium all details here.
Local taxi firm 1010 taxis will also be offering 10% off taxis to and from the The Salford Stadium for tonight’s game.

Salford Red Devils Foundation
The Salford Schools Finals will be taking place on the outside training pitch prior to tonight’s game with the opening fixture set to kick-off at 5:30pm.
The first game is the Year 10 final which will see Ambrose Barlow compete against the East Manchester Academy. Ambrose Barlow are also in the Year 11 final and will take on Walkden High School. Entry onto the outside field is Β£1 with all the proceeds going to the Salford schools.
Salford Red Devils Foundation will also be running activity session on the 3G pitch while Salford City Roosters and Cadishead Rhinos community clubs will also be present. Tonight’s bucket collection will be for local community club – Langworthy Reds.
There will also be a face painter in the Fans Marquee and the community clubs will be mascots and flag wavers prior to the game.
