Salford Red Devils have been working closely with the RFL investigation team throughout this week. This has proved to be a thorough process, that is quickly progressing.
The RFL are reviewing CCTV footage from the John Smith’s Stadium, 100’s of photos and numerous eye witness accounts.
Many people have come forward to help with the investigation. We appreciate your help in this matter and it goes along way to showing to true spirit of the Salford Red Devils supporters..
The club encourages you to get behind the players tomorrow away at Wakefield Wildcats and support them as best as you can. We would like to remind supporters that Rugby league is a family.
If you spot any crowd disruption or are concerned at any point during the game tomorrow, please report it to a safety officer and allow them to deal with it as they are trained to do so in the safest possible manner.
