Salford Red Devils are pleased to announce that Junior Saβu has signed a new long term contract with the club.
Saβu joins Ben Murdoch-Masila, Weller Hauraki and Gareth OβBrien in signing on for the Red Devils, as Head Coach Ian Watson looks to build for the future.
On the signing of Saβu, Watson is confident that the Centre can continue to be a big asset to the team, he said;
βJunior is a big part of this club both on and off the field. As one of our senior leaders he is integral to what we are about as a team, and is instrumental in providing support and guidance to some of the younger members of the team.
He has worked hard to overcome fitness issues and has established himself as one of the top centres in Super League.β
With Saβu adding his name to the list of players secured for next season, CEO Ian Blease is excited for the club going forwards, he said;
βJunior is another piece of the puzzle going forward and itβs great to have him sign on again. The way he conducts himself as both a player and person is a credit to him and the club, and Iβm really pleased that he has committed to the Red Devils.β
