Many have been the times we have travelled in hope to away matches only for those hopes to be dashed, so to have witnessed last Friday nightβs demolition of Widnes Vikings must have been like nectar from the gods, to all the Salford supporters who travelled to watch.Β Indeed, had we beaten any Super League club at home by that score would have been extremely impressive, but to do so at another clubβs home venue is all the more so as Head Coach Ian Watson, is delighted to reflect upon.
So it is up to us all now as fans to get the word out there that the Red Devils truly are shaping up now, and that win, lose, or draw they provide a form of exciting attacking rugby that on their day will thrill anyone.
