With the 2017 Betfred Super League season just around the corner, the Red Devils have a busy month in store. Here are some important dates for your diary in January:
January 15th
Salford Red Devils play their first pre-season friendly of 2017 against Rochdale Hornets at the Spotland Stadium. With five new signings all in contention to make their first appearance in a Red Devils shirt, this is your first chance to see Ian Watsonβs side in action ahead of the new campaign. Kick off 3pm.
January 18th
The Salford Red Devils pop-up shop visits the Walkden Gateway Centre. Come down from 11-3 to pick up a select range of merchandise or tickets for our upcoming home game vs Wigan Warriors.
January 20th
The next stop on the pop-up stand tour is the Swinton Gateway.
January 22nd
The Salford Red Devils make the trip to Halifax for their second pre-season fixture, as the Super League opener vs Wigan Warriors edges ever nearer, this will provide vital game time for the side against a strong Halifax team, with the two sides playing for the Colin Dixon memorial trophy.
January 23rd
Your first look at the 2017 Salford Red Devils awayΒ kit. The new shirt will be revealed at 12pm and will be available for pre-order on our online store.
January 25th
Calling all business owners! The Salford Red Devils are launching a brand new business breakfast club, starting at 10am at the The Salford Stadium. Owner Marwan Koukash and CEO Ian Blease will be on hand to deliver talks on working in the sport business whilst you enjoy a complimentary breakfast courtesy of stadium catering partners Elior. The pop-up stand makes its way to the Eccles Gateway, the perfect chance to get your tickets for the first game of the season!
January 27th
Weβll see in the weekend by visiting the Pendleton Gateway Centre with our pop-up stand, so make sure you come down and give us a visit!
January 28th
Weβll be at the Lowry Shopping Outlet for the annual Makers Market, selling merchandise and tickets!
January 29th
We welcome Challenge Cup winners Hull FC to the The Salford Stadium for our final pre-season friendly of the year, giving the Red Devils a valuable test against Betfred Super League opposition. This game will also see the return of Red Devils favourite Josh Griffin to the The Salford Stadium, who will come up against his younger brother George in a clash of the siblings!Β
The Raging Bull club shop will be at the Stadium, and you will be able to collect and purchase the new away shirt for the first time, and pick up your merchandise for the new season.
EARLYBIRD PERIOD ENDS – The extended earlybird period on 2017 season tickets will come to an end and prices will rise. Make sure you get yours in time to beat to the price increase!
