Dan Sarginson has committed himself to Salford Red Devils until the end of the 2023 season, with a two-year contract extension.
After an impressive debut campaign with the Red Devils, supporters will be excited to see the England international in action at the The Salford Stadium again,ย next season and beyond.
Sarginson said: โWeโre building something special here, so it was an easy choice to sign for a few more years.
โThe extensions of Lee (Mossop) and (Luke) Yatesy were massive for us and hopefully with us now tied in, it helps draw in other players.
โThis yearโs been about me giving my best for the boys every week, but now going into my second year, Iโll look to have even more of an influence and build on that role.โ
The 27-year-old played a key part in the Red Devilsโ journey to the 2020 Coral Challenge Cup Final but was ruled out of the showpiece event while self-isolating.
Sarginson added: โI was gutted to miss out on Wembley this year, so hopefully we can be in another major final next season and the Challenge Cup would be perfect.โ

This extension follows last weekโs announcement that Sebastine Ikahihifo will join up with the squad once again in 2021.

Director of rugby and operations Ian Blease said: โA lot of this seasonโs new additions had a big impact, but Dan has been a standout player within the competition as a whole.
